Our primary goal is to bring awareness to the Ohio & Erie Canalway National Heritage Area. We collaborate with partners to support and create programs that give our visitors the ability to enjoy their experience, while furthering the awareness of organizations and the National Heritage Area.
In 2010, the Ohio & Erie Canalway underwent a very comprehensive Brand Identity project as the National Heritage Area was approaching its 15th Anniversary. This project yielded a unified identity for the entire Canalway, which consists of our tagline and other messages we encourage the public to associate with the brand. The Ohio & Erie Canalway marketing is happy to have the support of the County Park Districts, Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, the National Park Service and the County Convention & Visitor Bureaus.
