The Ohio & Erie Canalway Association funded the projects through its Strategic Initiative Program, a competitive grant program that funds organizations and political subdivisions that enhance the Ohio & Erie Canalway National Heritage Area—which extends 110 miles from Cleveland to New Philadelphia, OH.
A diverse array of organizations will receive funding to support the initiatives below.
Along the Cleveland-Akron run of the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad you can bike one way and ride the scenic rail back for $3! It's a great way to explore the National Park.
